The Gemini Conference 2026 continues the success of recent years and offers a varied program that combines professional depth with social activities.
It will be a unique opportunity to update yourself on the latest trends and challenges in our industry, while also giving you the chance to meet and exchange experiences with others in the industry.
We are in full swing putting together an exciting program, and we encourage you to register as early as possible to secure your place at the conference and, not least, at the conference hotel.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER OF THE YEAR
We are pleased to introduce Geir Aker as this year's Keynote Speaker.
Geir Aker is a former professional soldier and plays the role of ensign in the reality series Kompani Lauritsen. In the video you will get a taste of what to expect.

Language: Norwegian
Location: Thon Hotel Oslo Airport is this year's conference hotel.
Start and end: The conference starts on 23 Nov. at 09:00 and ends on 24 Nov. at 14:00
Participation fee: 8,750 excl. VAT. The participation fee includes participation for the entire conference, any accommodation is additional. The invoice for the participation fee will be sent separately after the conference. The registration deadline is 30 September.
Cancellation: Registration is binding. In the event of a no-show, the participation fee will not be refunded. Registered participants can be replaced by another participant. Report any changes as soon as you can. No refunds will be given for individual meals that are not consumed.
Exhibitor and stand: Price for exhibitors is NOK 23,900 excl. VAT and includes 1 participant at the conference (accommodation is additional). Invoice for exhibitor fee will be sent separately after the conference.
Accommodation: The price for accommodation applies to a single room including breakfast. Participants can choose between accommodation at Thon Hotel Oslo Airport at NOK 1,365 per day or at Thon Hotel Gardermoen at NOK 1,265 per day. Supplement for double room is NOK 200 per day at both hotels. Payment for the hotel stay is paid upon departure.
