Nicolay Moulin appointed CEO of Invera

1 June 2026 – Nicolay Moulin takes up the role of CEO of Invera on 1 June. He joins from the role of CEO at Omilon and brings more than 20 years’ experience leading software companies, including as Group CEO of Sikri Group, where he led the spin-off from EVRY and grew the company from around 100 to 500 employees.

Invera was established as an independent software company in spring 2026. With more than 1,000 customers, it is the market leader in Norway for software supporting critical water and wastewater infrastructure and construction and civil engineering projects.

– Invera’s solutions play a crucial role in the planning, construction and operation of infrastructure across Norway and Sweden every single day. At the same time, the digitalisation of both the public and private sectors continues at pace, and AI is opening up new possibilities in how our customers plan and operate their infrastructure. Nicolay Moulin joins from the role of CEO at Omilon, where he led the transition to cloud-based voice technology and the further development of AI-based solutions for healthcare professionals. From 2020 to 2023 he was Group CEO of Sikri Group, where he led the spin-off from EVRY and grew the company from around 100 to 500 employees through acquisitions and two stock-market listings. He also has many years’ experience in technology solutions for the public sector at EVRY, and previously built up the software company Lenco, with the Norwegian Armed Forces and NATO among its customers.
